With 25 employees on staff, including a full-time property manager and maintenance director who are on call 24 hours a day, the residents at Three Village know they are our first priority.

Our History

When initially constructed in 1978, Three Village boasted an open floor plan allowing the original owners to select the amount of square footage desired. Over the years and into the early 1980s, this created 100 unique floor plans within the complex, ranging from 1,200 to 8,700 square feet.

Most recently, the Cleveland Metroparks opened Acacia Reservation, a green space oasis adjacent to Three Village. A short path provides easy access to a 1.7 mile loop trail and the park’s enrapturing scenery. The new park complements and ensures Three Village retains its park-like setting.
